Craig Lodge Family House of Prayer

Craig Lodge Family House of Prayer is Catholic Retreat Centre in the village of Dalmally, set amongst the beautiful hills and lochs of Argyll, Scotland.  It is run by Craig Lodge Community.  We offer a varied programme of organised retreats  but we are also delighted to welcome guests who just want to enjoy a quiet few days of prayer and reflection. Craig Lodge is often described by guests as, “A home from home”.  We look forward to welcoming you as ‘family’ during your stay with us.

Our Accommodation
Craig Lodge is an old country house set in seven acres of enchanting woods and gardens. We have family rooms, triples, twins and singles and can accommodate up to 40 overnight plus day visitors. We can cater for led retreats, private retreats, parish outings, school groups and spiritual holidays.  Visitors of all denominations are welcome.

Craig Lodge Community

We are a group of people who have decided to help each other answer Our Lady's call to holiness at Medjugorje.  Some of us have chosen to give up a year to live here at Craig Lodge so we can grow closer to God through living a simple life based on prayer and offering hospitality to those who come to our door.  Some of us are families or single people who live nearby and join in the prayer life and work of Craig Lodge. To find out more about Craig Lodge Community and how you can join please contact us.

“Dear children! Also today I am calling you to prayer, and may your heart, little children, open towards God as a flower opens towards the warmth of the sun. I am with you and I intercede for all of you. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
