Let the beauty of nature reveal God’s presence as we walk to Iona, following in the footsteps of pilgrims through the ages.
The St Conan’s Pilgrim Way is a walking route from Craig Lodge (Dalmally) to Iona that we have establishing over the last few years. In September 2016 Calum MacFarlane-Barrow walked it to raise funds for Craig Lodge Trust. It also raised the profile of this pilgrimage route. So many people got in touch enquiring if we were planning another walk that we thought we should include one in this year’s programme. The basic plan is that pilgrims will gather at Craig Lodge on Monday 26th June setting off the next day on their first day of walking. From there we will walk a section of the 60 mile route each day with a support vehicle available to transport luggage. This is the first time we have organised such a pilgrimage and we are all very excited about it.
If you’re interested in joining us then please let us know as soon as possible so we can finalise our plans. E: firstname.lastname@example.org T: 01838 200216
