Directions from Glasgow airport to Craig Lodge, Dalmally.

(Allow 1 ½ - 2 hrs).

 

M8 Greenock

Take the M8 sign posted for Greenock and stay on it until the turn off for the Erskine Bridge.

Erskine Bridge

Go over the Erskine Bridge (60p toll needed) and take the A82 for Crianlarich.

Stay on this road and at Tarbet, turn right at the Tarbet Hotel (still A82).

Continue until Crianlarich and at the T junction, turn left for Fort William (still A82).

At Tyndrum, go past the Green Welly service stop on the right and turn left onto the A85 for Oban.

Continue for about 11 miles and you arrive in Dalmally.  Turn right opposite the Highland Heritage Hotel, onto the B8077 for Stronmilchan. (Past the Highland Critters craft shop.)

Go over two bridges, turn immediately right after the second.  Small sign for Craig Lodge Family House of Prayer.  Continue down the track for about a mile and Craig Lodge is on the right at the end.

Public transport

By train

There are 3 trains a day from Glasgow Queen St – Dalmally (Oban is the final destination) They are roughly 8.20, 12.40 and 18.20 (but times should be checked as they may vary according to season, call 08457 48 49 50) The journey takes just under 2 ½ hrs.  We can collect people from the station if we are informed beforehand. For return journeys they depart Dalmally approx 9.00, 13.16 and 19.00.

 

Please note there are 2 stations in Glasgow. Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen St.  Shuttle buses run between the two or it is a 10/15 minute walk.

 

Trains and buses run to Glasgow from the airports frequently.

 

By Bus

Buses run from Buchanan St bus station to Dalmally at similar times. Ring for details 0141 333 3708
