Craig Lodge Community News  Snippets.

• All are welcome to join Craig Lodge Community at 7pm on Sunday 5th March for an evening of music, scripture, praise and prayers for healing.  There will also be individual prayer ministry available.  Tea and coffee afterwards.  We hope this will be the first of many such events.  Please keep us in your prayers.

• Mary’s Meals is a campaign that aims to overcome poverty by providing poor children with meals in school.  The idea is that through encouraging chronically poor children into the classroom with a daily meal they will gain the education that can lift them out of poverty in later life.  The campaign is named after Mary the mother of Jesus because she too faced bringing up a child in poverty.  The campaign has grown rapidly since its first project in Malawi in 2002 feeding 200 orphans.   Today around 80 000 children are receiving meals every day!  Please pray that this work continues to be blessed and more hungry children can be fed.

• The feedback from the annual community retreat was very positive.  Everyone felt it had been a blessed time for the community.  Thanks to Geoff and Gina of the Catholic Bible School who ministered to us for their example and witness.
• The permanent community has been blessed with 3 new members: welcome back Maria Byars – we missed you.  We are all delighted Sarah and Matthew Morgan have chosen to stay on and make their homes here.
• Very important birthday news.  Brother Paul celebrated his 92^nd birthday and Bethany MacFarlane-Barrow has celebrated her first!

• Marie Wenke from Germany has been accepted to spend a further 6 months as a member of the community.
• Fergus, Annette and their daughters, Hannah, Amy and Ali, have moved to a new job and home in Helmsdale, Sutherland.  We will miss them all very much.

Stephen and Penny have a beautiful baby daughter Catherine Annie. We pray that the new family will be blessed with joy and peace.
